MECHANICS OF THE RAFFLE DRAW:

1. The winner will be selected on August 2,2019, 5PM (Philippines time), at Memoxpress Robinsons Pioneer. The raffle draw will be
   done electronically through the woobox.com under the supervision of an authorized DTI Representative.
2. The winner will be informed through phone call, registered mail and will be announced via Memoxpress official
   social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram and Twitter)
3. Employees of the Parties and their relatives up to the 2nd degree of consanguinity or affinity are excluded from participating in this promo.
4. Draw venue is at Memoxpress Robinsons Pioneer located at L-2 Unit 1024, 30 Edsa Cor. Pioneer St., Barangka Ilaya, Mandaluyong City, Manila.

HOW TO CLAIM THE PRIZE:

1. The winner shall claim the prize at Memoxpress Head office, 8th Floor Pacific Centre Building Quintin Paredes St. Binondo, Manila. Redemption
   period shall be within 60 days from the receipt of notification. If the prize is not claimed within the stipulated period, prizes are forfeited
   in favor of Memoxpress approval and with prior DTI approval.
2. Upon claiming of his prize, winner must present the registered mail and two (2) valid ID’s or government- issued ID
   (SSS, Unified Multi-Purpose ID, Driver’s License, and Voter’s ID) and proof of citizenship (valid Passport or Birth Certificate). If there is
   any discrepancy between the winning entry and the documents produced for verification, the entry will be deemed as disqualified.
3. Requirements of winner’s representative in claiming the prize – an authorization letter from the winner, the original copy of the registered mail,
   photocopy of the representative and winner’s valid identification (SSS, Unified Multi-Purpose ID, Driver’s License, Voter’s ID) and
   proof of citizenship (valid Passport or Birth Certificate). The winner’s representative must also present original copies of the same
   required valid forms of identification and other requirements stated above.
4. By participating in the raffle, the winner agrees to cooperate with and participate in any advertising or publicity activities of Memoxpress
   relating to the draw. The winner agrees that Memoxpress may publicize the name and photograph of the winner in such mode and manner
   as Memoxpress considers fit. The winner’s name may be published on Memoxpress website & social media channels.
